Steel 100Cr6 (Material EN 1.3505)
Material DIN EN 1.3505 (steel 100Cr6) is a kind of alloy bearing steel with ISO and European EN standard. It has good toughness, good tempering stability and small deformation during heat treatment. After quenching and tempering, 100Cr6 material has high hardness and uniformity, good wear resistance and high resistance to contact fatigue.

Heat treatment
Hardening temperature: 830-870 ℃, quenching medium: oil.
Quenching temperature: 150-180 ℃.

Preciso comprar um metro do tubo abaixo:
material DIN-100Cr6 (ou equivalente) com diâmetro interno entre 70 e 73 mm (medida após usinado é 75) e diâmetro externo entre 102 e 105 mm (após usinado é 100mm).
