30CrMo steel
30CrMo steel is a Chinese alloy steel for structural use in engineering and machinery, it has high strength and high toughness, and has good high temperature resistance at temperatures below 500°C. 30CrMo material also has good machinability, bending and medium to high plasticity. cold, high hardenability, good weldability, and is generally used in the adjusted state.
Use of 30CrMo alloy steel
30CrMo alloy steel can be used in the manufacture of steel pipes with a working temperature of less than 400 °C, fasteners with an operating temperature of less than 450 °C in boilers and steam turbines, nuts and flanges with a working temperature of less than 500 °C and high pressure, and load in general machinery; Shafts, gears, screws, pins, manipulators, high pressure conduits and welding in chemical equipment below 250°C, nitrogen-hydrogen up to medium duty.
