Abstract

In this project we are collecting the air cylinder and storing this energy in the compressor tank in an unconventional way, simply by driving the vehicle. The unconventional energy system is very essential right now for our nation. Producing compressed air using the vehicle's lifter does not require fuel input energy to produce air output.

For this project the conversion of force energy into air. The control mechanism carries the air cylinder (vehicle suspension), quick exhaust valve, check valve and spring arrangement. We discuss the various applications and also other extensions. The initial cost of this arrangement is high.

INTRODUCTION:

Man has needed and used energy at an increasing rate for his sustenance and well-being since he came to Earth a few million years ago. Primitive man needed energy mainly in the form of food. He obtained it by eating plants or animals, which he hunted. He later discovered fire and his energy needs increased as he began.

Use wood and other biomass to meet energy needs for cooking, as well as to keep warm. Over time, man began to cultivate land for agriculture. With greater demand for energy, man began to use the wind to navigate ships and to drive windmills, and the force of falling water to turn water wheels.

Until then, it would not be wrong to say that the sun supplied all of man's energy needs, directly or indirectly, and that man used only renewable sources of energy.

WORK OPERATION:

• The important components of our project are,

• Single-acting pneumatic cylinder

• Quick exhaust valve

• Air tank

• Gate valve

The complete diagram of compressed air production using vehicle lifter is given below. The pushing power is converted into compressed air energy by suitable steering arrangement. Single acting pneumatic cylinder is used for this project. The spring arrangement is fixed on the outside of the pneumatic cylinder. The spring is used to return the L-angle tilted window to the same position, releasing the load. Pneumatic cylinder outlet air is collected through quick exhaust valve and check valve and internal spring arrangement
