SAE 1020 Smooth Hot Rolled 1/8" - 3mm Carbon Steel Sheet is ideal where dimensional tolerances are not as important as the overall strength of the material and where surface finish is not a critical concern. When surface finish is a concern, scale can be removed by sandblasting or acid bath pickling. Once the scale has been removed, various paint finishes or other coatings can be applied. We have huge availability of 1/8" Carbon Steel Sheets in stock.

The sheets can be commercialized and industrialized, both for cutting and bending, squared, chamfered, honed and calendered.
