Hot Laminated Thick Plate

Plain 7/8" A36 steel sheet is very similar to ASTM 1018 steel, which is another low-moderate carbon steel . This type of steel is typically cold drawn and sold in bar format. A36 steel sheet , by contrast, is sold as sheet and is hot rolled.

The sheets can be commercialized and industrialized, both for cutting and bending, squared, chamfered, honed and calendered.
