Fully automatic vertically drawn stainless steel shell tubes in a clamping on CNC-controlled horizontal machining centers. This achieves the highest possible accuracy and surface quality while reducing fabrication time.

Deflection plates are non-contact machined. Low thermal influence minimizes deformation. Cut edges remain burr free.

The heat exchanger shell stainless steel tubes are welded using orbital welding, a fully mechanical inert gas welding process in which the arc is guided 360 degrees around the stainless steel shell tubes without interruption. Welding parameters are digitally recorded.

On request, shell and tube heat exchanger tubes can be wound on the tube plate.
