Solução de problemas de corte a laser de tubo reto: dicas de especialistas

Straight Tube Laser Cutting Troubleshooting: Expert Tips

Compared with traditional suppression + subsequent processing, the efficiency of straight tube laser cutting has obvious advantages in production efficiency and labor cost.

It can carry out one-time processing of parts from raw materials to finished products.

High integration of processing procedures can greatly reduce the problems of high labor, logistics and storage costs in traditional multi-process processing.

Furthermore, complete automation of the processing process can greatly improve the consistency of parts for later convenience of automatic welding in assembly, etc.

When cutting in the above three ways, the part cut in the middle is the part needed.

If the part cut in half is scrap, you need to do the opposite.

It can be seen from the above three states that the actual laser cutting is affected by the beam and the diameter of the cutting nozzle, and the actual cutting path actually has a certain impact on the overall dimensions of the parts: when using oxygen cutting, Due to the supporting effect of oxygen combustion, the diameter of the cutting nozzle does not need to be very large to achieve the required energy intensity, and regardless of the cutting method, it has little impact on the actual contour;

However, when air cutting is used, the oxygen content in the gas decreases and the combustion supporting effect decreases, leading to an increase in energy.

This is reflected in production because the diameter of the cutting nozzle is very large.

The diameter of the cutting nozzle used by our company for on-site air cutting reaches 3mm, and the diameter of the cutting nozzle is very large, leading to reduced tolerance deviation and increased dimensional accuracy changes.

Therefore, when using pneumatic cutting, groove compensation must be considered when generating the path to ensure the required part accuracy.

Conclusion

With the development of the domestic laser industry, straight tube laser equipment has become a relatively mature equipment.

Most parts can be processed in-house and the market share has gradually increased.

The above analysis is just a small part of the problems our company has encountered in using straight tube laser equipment that affect the production accuracy of parts.

We need to be aware of the problems in generating the real path, hoping to bring some help or inspiration to our colleagues in the industry.
