Automatic Dimension Measuring Machine Mechanical Design
In the mechanical industry, measuring is a tedious job. To eliminate this tedious work, an automatic dimension measuring machine was designed. Automatic dimension measuring machine is used to measure the dimension of the object or a work. It consists of two pointers, which are used to hold the object being measured. There are two movable clamp-like structures, which are attached to a sensor unit. Signals from the sensing unit are transmitted to the electronic unit. The power supply unit provides power supply unit. The dimension display needs the work placed between the two hands.
When work is placed, the sensor will move and signals will be produced and the signals will be processed by the electronic unit. Using this unit accurate measurement is possible. The measurement time is shorter. The weight of the instrument is also less.
