We manufacture a wide range of stainless steel drawn tubes and steel microtubes in precision for custom dimensional specifications. Drawn Tubes can be supplied either from raw material stock seamless and welded , which find applications in many industries, including construction, power generation, automotive, petrochemicals and other industrial segments.

We supply drawn tubes in a wide variety of finished conditions, in the following materials;

  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum
  • Copper
  • Brass
  • tomback

Mechanical properties are developed either through cold drawing or subsequent heat treatment. In addition, the outside diameter of the drawn stainless steel tubes , the inside diameter and the wall thickness can be specified to suit a customer's exact application.

Drawn tubes can also be supplied with oil protection or treated prior to shipment to make them suitable for coating or painting.

TUBULAR FORMATS

Round, rectangular, triangular, square, elliptical, triangular, hexagonal and custom profiles such as: dolphin, butterfly, dolphin, oval, heart, star among other drawn shapes.

EXTERNAL FINISH

Twisted, Crimped, Smooth, Fluted, Octagonal, Hexagonal, Corrugated Tubes , among other types of finishes.

HARDNESS LEVELS

With Own Laboratory - Soft, Extra Soft, Annealed, ½ hard, ¼ hard, HV (Vickers), HB (Brinell) and others according to customer specifications

SEMI-FINISHED AND FINISHED PARTS

We have modern equipment for manufacture of drawn tubes as finished or semi-finished parts in its most varied forms and measures, according to specifications.

We have specific knowledge in the development and manufacture of special shaped drawn tubes - seamless and welded. They are sought after by customers in various industries looking to reduce their manufacturing costs and differentiate their products from the competition.
