Welded profiles and beams are widely used in industrial structures that need to support large weights. They are generally subjected to large loads.
Welded Profiles enable an optimized design approach to produce a custom welded profile with 30-40% weight reduction compared to hot rolled bars.
Welded Beams and Profiles are designed for specific applications, as opposed to a “ready to use” item. Profiles under this classification can also be used as columns with fixed bases.

Thickness
A wide range of steel sheet thicknesses are available, allowing the designer to select virtually any thickness and depth combination to create a virtually infinite variety of welded structural profiles .
Welding
By default, we provide one-sided fillet welds on most profiles . Double-sided welding is available as an optional extra on all types of welded beams .
Quality
All operations and processes are qualified, all materials used are certified, and can be made from different grades of steel .
H-profile
A structural steel profile as an example is one that is shaped like an H. The horizontal "I" elements are flanges, while the vertical element is the mesh. The forces reside in shear, while flanges resist most of the bending moment. Ray's theory shows that H-profile shaped sections are a very powerful shape to support bending and shear loads on the surface. Widely used in construction and available in a variety of standard sizes. H Profiles are one of the most used to support loads in civil construction.
