AI can propel talented people to reach new levels of engagement and productivity – and that’s a fact.
This is part 4 of our Talent series to better understand your talent's mood and morale. As? Analyzing different employee interactions and detecting telltale signs of an angry, stressed or happy group. It can then provide real-time insights into engagement, offer suggestions for improvement, and even recommend rewards for highly engaged employees.
Of course, using AI to increase talent engagement depends on the policies of each particular company. Some companies may render this use pointless, but companies with sufficient talent agility will see the inherent value of using AI. All of this shows that AI can only enhance talent in companies that understand the symbiotic relationship between all participants.
More than a powerful tool
Many companies still view AI as a powerful (and quite expensive) tool that should be analyzed for its potential ROI. Unfortunately, these companies don't factor talent into their equations and how AI can propel talent to new levels of engagement and productivity. This is a shame, as AI could become the necessary foundation for building a more modern and flexible company, capable of better facing future challenges.
In this sense, AI is more than a powerful tool – it is a powerful agent of change that can reshape internal talent and better prepare it for the future. This is no small feat, but there is a caveat to achieving this: it is necessary for companies to redefine their strategies related to talent and consider requalification and skills improvement programs for a more harmonious implementation. Anyone who meets this requirement will certainly see how AI can boost internal talent.
