ams' NIR OSRAM Mira220 1/2.7 2.2MP Enhanced Global Shutter Image Sensors are designed for use in 2D and 3D industrial and consumer vision applications. These sensors feature a small pixel size of 2.79 μm with high sensitivity thanks to state-of-the-art BSI technology. The series offers an effective resolution of 1600 (H) x 1400 (V) and a maximum depth of 12 bits, supporting on-chip operations such as external triggering, windowing, and horizontal or vertical mirroring. The maximum frame rate is 90fps at full resolution and bit depth. Mira220 sensors use the MIPI CSI-2® interface for easy interaction with processors and FPGAs. The on-chip registers can be accessed via the I 2 Interface C standard for easy configuration of the sensors.
