1. Job applications (145 thousand/year)

Annually, we analyze a huge pool of over 1 million candidates. After evaluating their profiles through a unique algorithmic approach, we allocate each candidate to the most suitable available or anticipated vacancies. This initial step signifies the beginning of our rigorous recruitment procedure, a process that only the Top 1% of candidates will successfully navigate.

2. Online Tests

Once candidates are screened for a position, our system automatically assigns them the pertinent set of 8 to 12 online tests aligned with their specific skills, along with mandatory English and IQ exams. We have over 80 different tests that we use depending on the desired role and the candidate's relevant experience. For example, a Java developer will have to pass (at least) Java, Object Oriented Programming, SQL, Algorithms, Front End, Back End, Advanced IQ, English and other tests depending on the position.

Those who successfully pass the HR Interview are assigned a set of more specific written tests. Written tests are intended to assess both technological knowledge and the candidate's entire approach to dealing with creative projects.

5. Technical Interview

The final step before hiring is thoroughly conducted by our specialized Technical Interviewers. At this stage, very specific questions are asked related to the potential projects in which the candidate may participate, including real-time problem solving. Those who perform well in this interview are hired and are the top 1% of software engineers who will work with our clients.
