Os novos resistores de fio enrolado montados em chassi da Vishay fornecem estabilidade para EVs

Vishay's new chassis-mounted wirewound resistors provide stability for EVs

Vishay Intertechnology has launched a new series of AEC-Q200 qualified chassis-mounted wirewound resistors aimed at the growing electric vehicle (EV) market.

Vishay Dale RHA series resistors are mounted directly into a chassis using the heat sink effect. Offering high reliability, the devices feature fully welded and molded construction for total environmental protection and an operating temperature range of -55° to +250° C.

The resistors will serve as pre-charge and discharge resistors in EVs, as well as voltage dividers in taillights and current limiters in dimming circuits for interior lighting.

New wirewound resistors offer high powers of up to 50 W in four small package sizes. The tight tolerance of the resistors is up to ± 1%, the TCR is as low as 20 ppm/°C and they offer a wide resistance range between 0.1 k and 39.2 kΩ, allowing for greater accuracy and stability.

The RHA series is RoHS compliant, halogen-free and Vishay Green.
