More than half of web usage is on mobile devices. This will not decrease. In fact, the market share of mobile devices will only continue to increase until the vast majority of people around the world access the Internet solely through a mobile device.

Therefore, your company must be compatible with mobile devices. But not sometime in the future – now. If your company website isn't already designed for mobile use, you're way behind the digital transformation curve.

But you can't just think of it in terms of optimizing your website for small devices. It is necessary to think about mobile applications as a way to deliver an experience to potential customers and consumers. These mobile apps and web apps can do a great job of enabling consumers to interact with your business in a much more immediate way. This immediacy will translate into more customers, more sales, more profit.

Mobile apps can also make a difference for your workforce. You can develop your own custom apps to improve internal processes, provide new communication channels for your team, and have a more robust digital ecosystem overall.
