Hybridism in 2024 – will it be the future?

typologies (predictive and adaptive) may seem a little bizarre at first, but anyone who has been involved in one of our delivery projects knows that the challenge is great, especially when working with a client who believes they work with Agile methodologies. This is often simply not the case. We then need to implement the high-level processes, milestones, due dates and estimates in an Agile environment and still meet our internal requirements, but we have to build the structure from scratch.

Each sprint is a new source of information, and therefore projects would have to be adaptive given our time-to-market projections. Scopes can change and at the same time they must be respected, deadlines need to be reviewed and negotiated, and customers need to be satisfied. And how do we manage all of this? The secret here is high-performance teams with a high technical level, hard work and creativity.
