The RECOM Power RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q AEC-Q100 DC/DC converters are automotive-grade buck converters with an integrated inductor in a compact 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm thermally enhanced QFN package with wettable flanks (various models). Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q components feature an input range of 4V DC to 36V DC , allowing the use of 5V supply voltages , 12 V or 24 V. The output voltage can be set with two resistors ranging from 0.8V DC to 30V DC (1.5A) or 34V DC (0.5A). These devices are fully protected against continuous short circuits, output overcurrent or overtemperature faults. The RECOM Power RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q AEC-Q100 DC/DC converters are ideal for automotive, electric vehicle (EV) and harsh environment projects.
