Since you won't be able to live without UX debt, you'll have to develop a skill that has no formula – you'll have to learn how to balance the visions of designers, engineers, and users to make everyone happy. This will depend on your specific product, your industry, your target audience and your own team. It won't be easy to do, mind you, but being pragmatic and organized will get you a long way.
