The Intel FMC HDMI daughterboard is based on the Pericom re-driver device and supports up to 6G video interface. The Pericom HDMI 2.0 re-driver ensures reliable signal integrity and FPGA protection. The daughter board provides DDC I 2 Buffer C and CEC digital buffer and is compatible with Altera sample designs.
The Intel FMC HDMI daughterboard is designed to be used with the Bitec HDMI IP core. An integrated serial EEPROM is included for storing HDCP keys using the Bitec HDCP Key Management feature.
