The final pieces of subsea system equipment that will support production from Enauta, Atlanta's floating production, storage and offloading unit (FPSO) in the Santos Basin, Brazil, have been shipped.

The flexible pipeline system, the final component of the subsea system that will support the first oil production in the Atlanta field, left England for Brazil on March 15, 2024, reported Brazilian oil and gas company Enauta.

Delivery of the system scheduled for the end of the month, according to Enauta.

First oil from FPSO Atlanta is scheduled for August 2024, in line with the project's initial schedule, the company reconfirmed.

In September 2023, Enauta began installation work on Phase I of Atlanta, which will bring a higher capacity FPSO to the field that has so far been producing oil through the FPSO Petrojarl I.

The FPSO Atlanta will be supplied by Malaysia's Yinson Production and deployed in Enauta's Atlanta field, with oil production defined by six producing wells.

The FPSO Atlanta has a production capacity of 50 thousand BOPD and a maximum storage capacity of 1,251 thousand bbls.
