AXA IM appoints Jane Wadia as Head of Central Sustainable Products Strategy

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) today announced the appointment of Jane Wadia as Head of Sustainability, Core Products and Clients, responsible for leading AXA IM Core's sustainable product strategy and external representation.

The announcement marks the second recent sustainability-related appointment to AXA IM's flagship investment platform, following the January appointment of Thomas Coudert as Head of Sustainability, Core Investments. AXA IM's core investment strategies include fixed income, equities and multi-asset capabilities.

Wadia has been with AXA IM for over 20 years, most recently serving as Head of Investment Specialists and RFPs for AXA IM Core, focusing on responsible investing. She joined the company as a portfolio manager in 2003 and became Global Head of Client Portfolio Management in 2010.

In his new role, Wadia will be responsible for engaging with clients on sustainability issues and working with teams across the firm, ensuring its investment capabilities reflect clients' responsible investment needs, as well as defining the structure of the investment product. responsible investment and shape the overall responsible investment priorities of the core business.

Wadia will report to Nicolas Deschamps, who has been appointed Global Head of Product and Customer Strategy at AXA IM Core.
