The wood crushing process is an important part of waste collection industries. Typically, wood crusher machine is manually operated for wood waste collection industries. In our project is “Motorized wood chipper”.

This is an era of automation where automation is broadly defined as the replacement of manual effort by mechanical energy at all degrees of automation. Operation continues to be an essential part of the system, albeit with changing demands on physical resources as the degree of mechanization increases.
PROJECT'S GOAL
The processing industry in the field of agriculture has a growing scope in the market. The use of by-products also plays a key role in the processing industry. To focus on the study carried out, the wood chipper remains unsolved due to failures. This project is a prototype of a wood crusher where all factors are considered such as:
WORKING PRINCIPLE
AUTOMATIC WOOD CRUSHER WITH CONVEYOR BELTAs power is supplied to the engine, it acts as a driver with 1440 rpm and drives the gearbox. From the gearbox the speed is reduced to 28 rpm, which in turn supplies power to the shaft. A ring gear is introduced to distribute power equally to all rotating axes of the blades.
