Transporte e Elevação de Equipamentos: Guia de Plano Especial

Transportation and Lifting of Equipment: Special Plan Guide

General Provisions

The transportation of equipment in the metro engineering project involves transporting the equipment from the ground to the installation location within the station.

Therefore, the problem of transporting equipment becomes particularly important, and it is necessary to develop a special plan for moving and lifting equipment and materials.

The low ceiling height and narrow construction site are prominent features of underground railway engineering. In the engineering of Harbin Metro Line 1 AFC system, the transportation of ticket machines and check-in machines is highly difficult.

Therefore, before transporting the equipment, a scientifically reasonable and operationally strong plan for transporting the equipment must be prepared to ensure the safety and efficiency of equipment transportation.

All 18 stations on Harbin Metro Line 1 are underground. The equipment installation position is located in the middle of the station lobby on the mezzanine, and the equipment is bulky and can only be lifted.

1. Transportation Arrangement of Equipment and Materials

According to the construction schedule, there are a total of 18 stations for transporting AFC equipment and materials, which is a relatively heavy and short-cycle task.

From the perspective of actual supply, products from the same manufacturer will be concentrated in a certain period of time, so all equipment transportation will be completed within this period.

2. Steps for lifting the AFC equipment on the ground

Based on the understanding of the transportation conditions of subway stations and the experience accumulated in transporting equipment during the construction of the AFC, our project team developed the following four steps for transporting equipment:

Step one: Transport the equipment by land vehicle to the location of the equipment lifting hole at each station. This is a necessary procedure in the equipment transportation process.

Step two: Use a crane to lower the equipment through the hole that reaches the ground. This is an effective method for transporting equipment.

Step three: Use a crane to lower the equipment to the station floor through the hole.

When the crane cannot reach the lifting point, vertical transport of the equipment is used. This method is used when AFC equipment is transported from the ground to the station mezzanine.

Step Four: Use manual forklifts to move equipment horizontally and position it precisely. Manual transport is used when the equipment cannot be transported to the station mezzanine using a crane.

All AFC equipment and materials can be transported to the required locations using combinations of the above steps.

(2) Check whether the AFC equipment unloading location meets operational requirements and whether it needs to be leveled or reinforced.

(3) If working at night, sufficient lighting equipment must be prepared for the unloading site, transport channels and entry platforms.

(4) Before picking up the goods, please carefully check the name, model, specifications, quantity, box number, etc. of the equipment to be extracted based on construction drawings, equipment list and other information, and make a withdrawal list. Complete the procedures with the equipment supplier and agree on the delivery time.

4. Transportation Process

(1) Based on the weight, volume and quantity of the transformed AFC equipment, hoist the equipment onto the road trailer with a crane and secure it with straps. When loading the equipment, remove its chassis, wheels, etc., and place wooden planks under the bottom of the equipment as cushions.

(2) Drive the trailer to the equipment at a speed less than 20km/h. When traveling on a curved road, slow down to ensure safety.

(3) Lift the equipment gently onto the entry platform. Install the equipment chassis and wheels and use chocks to secure the wheels in place.

5. Safety Precautions

(1) Before lifting the equipment, a trial survey must be carried out to observe the strength and balance of the equipment. Only after confirming that it is safe and reliable can a formal withdrawal be carried out. The lifting capacity of the crane must have sufficient margin, and the strength and length of the cable must be checked and confirmed to meet the usage requirements.

(2) The falling speed of the equipment must be slow and constant. Operators must cooperate with each other under the unified command of the commander. Before the equipment lands, support and adjustment must be done to ensure that the equipment landing point is correct and accurate.

(3) When loading the equipment, pay attention to the carrying capacity of the transport vehicle, place the equipment in a suitable position, and secure it firmly with special ropes in four directions.

(4) When transporting the equipment, control the speed according to road conditions to avoid accidents.

(5) Pay attention when listening to and watching weather forecast programs and avoid working during thunderstorms.

III. Raising the ground of AFC equipment for the station mezzanine

(1) Verify that the station meets operational requirements. The entrance platform and station hall level must be prepared with sufficient lighting equipment.

(2) Check that the air duct opening is unobstructed and can accommodate the passage of equipment.

(3) Prepare wood and other materials for temporary covering of lifting holes in the station mezzanine.

1. Transportation Process

(1) Place the equipment where the crane can reach it.

(2) After stabilizing the crane outriggers, follow general lifting operation procedures.

(3) As soon as the equipment reaches the station mezzanine, immediately move the lifting position to ensure the continuity of crane operations.

2. The transportation schematic diagram is as follows:

3. Safety Precautions

(1) Understand and confirm whether the carrying capacity of the transportation channel meets transportation requirements.

(2) When using lifting equipment, first perform a trial lifting, observe the strength and balance of the equipment, and confirm whether it is safe and reliable before officially starting the lifting. The lifting capacity of the crane must have sufficient margin, and the strength and length of the wire rope must be inspected to confirm whether they meet the usage requirements.

(3) The falling speed of the equipment must be slow and constant. Operators must cooperate with each other under the unified command of the commander. Before the equipment lands, the support must be adjusted to ensure that the landing point and direction of the equipment are correct. Pay attention to weather forecasts and avoid working during thunderstorms.

4. Using a crane to lower the equipment to the station lobby level through a hole can be transported step by step;

(1) Check whether the station lobby floor meets operational requirements. And prepare enough lighting equipment.

(2) Prepare wood or other materials to temporarily cover the lifting hole at the station concourse level.

(3) Check and confirm whether the strength of the reserved lifting ring and concrete ceiling meets the lifting requirements (if necessary, tension tests are required). If the strength of the lifting ring or concrete ceiling does not meet the lifting requirements, reinforcing treatment or temporary lifting structures can be constructed. Install lifting devices, steel cables, etc.

5. Transportation process

(1) Cover the lifting hole at the station concourse level with temporary wooden planks.

(2) Use a manual forklift to drag the equipment to the lifting hole at the station concourse level, connect the wire rope to the equipment through a fixed pulley, and then tighten the wire rope through the crane. Leave the equipment hanging slightly above the ground and observe whether the lifting status is normal. Remove the temporary seal from the lifting hole at the station concourse level and continue to synchronize the crane operation to lower the equipment evenly.

When the bottom of the equipment reaches the level of the station lobby, stop descending. Quickly drag the equipment away from the lifting hole.

6. Safety Precautions

(1) Each component of the lifting installation, such as steel cables and chains, must pass strength inspection, and the tension of each part must be carefully calculated and analyzed, leaving a certain margin.

(2) When using lifting equipment, first perform a trial lifting, observe the strength and balance of the equipment, and confirm whether it is safe and reliable before officially starting the lifting. The strength and length of the wire rope must be inspected to confirm that they meet the usage requirements.

(3) The falling speed of the equipment must be slow and constant. Operators must cooperate with each other under the unified command of the commander. Before the equipment lands, the support must be adjusted to ensure that the landing point and direction of the equipment are correct.

(4) A designated person must command and supervise the lifting of the equipment and carefully observe the lifting situation of the equipment to avoid accidents.

(5) When equipment falls to the station lobby level, make sure it is placed in the correct direction. It may be necessary to rotate several times from the equipment entrance to the equipment foundation. If the initial direction is incorrect, it will cause many problems.

(6) When sealing the lifting hole at the station hall level, pay attention to stability. The wooden board must be strong and densely laid, and its strength must be able to support the weight of the equipment and have sufficient margin to avoid the danger of falling.

7. Other preparation work

Check whether the location of the station lobby meets operational requirements and prepare sufficient lighting equipment.

Eliminate obstacles in the transport channel. If there is a large height difference in the shipping channel stairs, construct a relatively flat transition section with lumber or sleepers.

8. When equipment needs to be moved over long distances, use a manual forklift.

Raise the equipment with a jack, insert the manual forklift into the bottom of the equipment and release the jack.

When the ground is relatively flat, the manual forklift can be pulled directly. When the ground is uneven and the hand forklift is difficult to roll, place wooden planks in the direction of movement of the hand forklift and pull the hand forklift.

When you arrive at your destination, use a jack to lift the equipment, remove the manual forklift and release the jack.

The transport scheme is as follows:

9. Safety Precautions

A dedicated person must command and supervise the transportation of the equipment, carefully observe the situation of the equipment to avoid unexpected phenomena such as lateral sliding of the equipment and free sliding along slopes.

When encountering a movement with a certain slope, anti-slip measures should be taken, and triangular wedges and other anti-slip articles should be prepared. When the slope is large, sleeper platforms can be used to reduce the slope.

Pay attention to the effective brake system of the manual forklift.

5. Manual handling plan

Due to the professional characteristics of the project and the actual situation on site, it is not possible to use a crane to lift the equipment.

The general contractor and our company jointly establish a special equipment transportation team, consisting of a team leader, deputy team leader, safety supervisor and loading and unloading workers.

The team leader should frequently inspect the moving work, the deputy team leader should always be at the forefront during the moving process and participate in commanding the moving work on site throughout the process.

The safety supervisor supervises the handling work at each station on site throughout the process and is directly responsible to the team leader. If any safety hazards are found, the safety supervisor has the right to stop work and issue a stop work order.
