TO AIM:
To perform automatic rejection of poor quality using conveyor automation.
SYNOPSIS:
The automatic low-quality rejecter detects and delivers the right product and ejects low-quality products.
The product is transported to the Sensor Booth for quality check through the Conveyor. The product dimension is checked through the sensor interface. If the product does not have precise dimensions, the rejecter rejects the product in the Reject Box. If the product is of high quality, the conveyor belt forwards it to the Accepted Bin. The engine is used to move the Conveyor that transports the product.
Micro Controller is used to detect product using sensor interface, control rejector using rejector control, control motor using motor driver. The power supply provides power to all parts of the systems.
