SYNOPSIS

This project work titled “MANUFACTURE OF AUTOMATIC POTATO CHIPS MAKING MACHINE” was designed having studied the difficulty in cutting any type of round/hexagonal/any shaped substance.

Our research regarding several residences/hotels revealed the fact that most of the time there is some difficulty in cutting large quantities of potatoes. Cutting a large quantity of potatoes by hand requires more time and a lot of manual strength.

Now the project mainly focused on this difficulty and therefore a suitable device was designed. So that the potato cutting operation can be carried out without applying any impact force.

INTRODUCTION

This device, the automatic potato cutting machine, was developed to further meet the needs of small and medium-sized residential/hotel applications, which are typically human-driven. In most homes/hotels, potatoes are cut by human hands. This requires more time and high workload.

To avoid all these disadvantages. This machine is designed in such a way that it can be used to cut the potato very smoothly without any impact force.
