Abstract:

• Manually cutting tools or materials of finite length will not produce a good result.

• So we designed and developed the system that will automatically cut the material of finite length according to our needs.

• We mainly focus on the PVC cutting machine for which we design the system.

The IR sensor is placed in the PVC machine from where the final output PVC of the machine comes out. The IR sensor detects the length of the PVC and the corresponding length.
