SYNOPSIS

A “pneumatic operated bearing puller and press, sheet metal bender and remover” is a device that allows you to operate it alone and removes the bearing from the puller without setting up the puller from the supporting device. Therefore, special skill is required to operate or remove. It can be widely used. It is easy to fit into the bearing and remove and replace. A workplace is not required to adjust the extractor. This can be used effectively to remove. In this, we are changing the sheet metal bending tool and removing the tool for the purpose of sheet metal bending and removal operation on the same machine.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

In this project, we are using pneumatic as pressing equipment; this will be useful in many applications. How to bend sheet metal, attach and remove bearings, etc.

Compressed air from the compressor is used as the power medium for this operation. There are double acting pneumatic cylinder solenoid valves, flow control valve and timer unit is used. The compressor arm enters the flow control valve. Controlled air from the flow control valve enters the solenoid valve. The solenoid valves function throughout the correct air time range. 5/2 solenoid valve is used. In one position, air enters the cylinder and pushes the piston so that the operating stroke is obtained. In the next position, air enters the other side of the cylinder and pushes the piston return back so that the release stroke is obtained. The speed of operation and release stroke varies depending on the timer control unit circuit.
