Os princípios básicos do processamento de dobra de perfis de alumínio

The basic principles of aluminum profile bending processing

I. Definition and Classification of Aluminum Profiles

1. According to the structure of profiles: general profiles and thermal break profiles (also known as insulated profiles).

2. According to surface treatment: anodized profiles and painted profiles.

3. By hardness state: aged (high temperature homogenization) and unaged profiles, as long as the material (chemical composition) remains the same.

4. According to use: industrial and construction.

The basic principles of aluminum profile bending processing

Based on the drawings and descriptions, the profiles selected for this project are for use in construction. The balcony uses general anodized profiles and the doors and windows use painted profiles with thermal break. The material is 6063, normally in T5 hardness state.

II. Features and requirements of the profile bending process

1. Bending refers to the process of deforming a profile through plastic deformation, under the premise of applying a prestressing force (within the yield limit) and using rotation and mold changes to change the deformation interface of the profile cross section (inward movement).

2. Regarding the preparation length: Generally, the preparation length should be the sum of the effective arc length of the required bending material and the process section. The process section is equal to 2.1 times the deformation width
