Manufacture automatic gear changing systems for two- and four-wheel vehicles.

SYNOPSIS

The main objective of this concept is to apply the equipment using automation systems in motor vehicles. This is the new innovative model mainly used for vehicles to control the vehicle. Here we are focusing on designing automatic gear shifting mechanism in two wheeler using electronic devices. This is very useful for gear shifting mechanism in motor vehicles. By using this we can easily control the vehicle and improve the performance of the vehicle as well as prevent gear wear.

Here we have two CC gun arrangements that are arranged on each side of the vehicle's pedal rest to apply the gear. The CC gun is attached to the end of the flat pedal support. The plate support has a pivot in the center. The weapons are operated with the help of electrical energy and are controlled by the control unit. The control unit is nothing more than the microcontroller, it is a small chip, it is already programmed and inserted into the chip for our project to work. One of the guns is used to apply the gear and the other to reduce the gears. Gears are applied to the vehicle depending on the speed of the vehicle. Speed ​​sensors are placed close to the wheel, the sensor detects the signal and provides the output signal to the control unit. Depending on the signal, the clutch and gears will be switched automatically with the help of the control unit. When the vehicle speed increases automatically, the clutch and gear changes in the vehicles. The arrangement is clearly shown in the diagram below.
