MÁQUINA DE SOLDAR AUTOMÁTICA DE EIXO DUPLO – Projeto Mecânico

AUTOMATIC DOUBLE AXIS WELDING MACHINE – Mechanical Project

AUTOMATIC DOUBLE AXIS WELDING MACHINE – Mechanical Project

SYNOPSIS:

In our project “DOUBLE AXIS AUTOMATIC WELDING MACHINE” the introduction of automatic welding of the various components is being started. Single pneumatic cylinder and solenoid valve are provided. The cylinder is used for forward and backward movement, it moves x and y axis, so it is called dual axis welding machine.

Components

  • COMPRESSOR –
  • FRl UNIT
  • DOUBLE ACTING CYLINDER
  • 5/2 WAY SOLENOID VALVE
  • 2/2 WAY ROLLER VALVE
  • PROXIMITY SENSOR
  • HOSE AND ACCESSORIES
  • PLC KIT
  • PUNCH
  • TO DIE

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

The dual shaft welding machine utilizes suitably shaped MS alloy electrodes to apply pneumatic pressure and carry electrical current through the workpieces. Heat is mainly generated at the melting point between two sheets. This causes the material to be welded to gradually melt, thus forming a molten pool, known as solder mass. The molten pool is maintained through pressure applied by the electrode tip and the surrounding solid metal. If the compressed air goes to the solenoid valve to the pneumatic cylinder. welding support connected to a pneumatic cylinder that was activated by a solenoid valve, at the time automated welding for metal.

BENEFITS

  • Small in size.
  • The cost is lower compared to other welding machines.
  • Due to the portable nature, it can be easily handled.
  • Due to the portable capacity, it is easily handled.

DISADVANTAGES:

  • Not as effective for very hard materials.
  • Feeding must be given intermittently.
  • Overloading must be avoided.

FORMS:

There are many different uses for spot welding machines. Some of the areas where it finds application are:

  • Auto Industry
  • Automotive manufacturing
  • Metallurgy
  • Shipbuilding
  • Manufacturing
  • Foundry
