ABSTRACT:

The machine we designed and manufactured is used to grind any shape of object such as circular, rectangular and polygonal. In our project, the grinding machine is used to grind different types of materials. The grinding machine is rotated by the DC motor. Therefore, our project, that is, the solar-powered self-loading grinding machine, is a special type of machine.

INTRODUCTION

Solar energy is not just energy and it is renewable energy. The resource is abundant, not only can it be free to use, but it also does not need to be transported into the environment, as it does not contain any pollution. Solar energy also has two main defects: low energy current density; It supports a variety of seasonal climate intensity factors and therefore at the terrestrial point does not affect it can remain constant. The major defect that greatly limits the efficient use of solar energy. Even though human use of solar energy has a long history. For the development of modern solar energy, widely utilizing daily use, comprises solar photothermal energy, utilizing solar photoelectric energy and the use of solar energy, chemical light and so on. This project provides grinding details of various component shapes and sizes. This machine can be widely applied in almost all types of industries. This machine is fixed to the work table, where the compound rests. Wherever the motor is running, the abrasive stone and roller will rotate. The solar panel is used to store electrical energy for the battery. The battery supplies power to the high-torque DC motor. The battery is connected to the inverter. In this inverter 12V DC power supply will be converted into AC power supply. The inverter is used to step up a 12V power supply to 110V to provide power to high torque motors. The unitary controller controls the automatic switching on and off of the grinding machine and motor.

Solar energy means all the energy that reaches Earth from the sun. It provides daylight, warms the earth and is the source of energy for plant growth. Solar energy also has two types of uses to help our lives directly: solar heating and solar electricity. Solar electricity is the technology of converting sunlight directly into electricity. It is based on photovoltaic or solar modules, which are very reliable and do not require fuel or maintenance. Solar electric systems are well suited to receiving plenty of sun and are ideal when there is no main electricity.
