SYNOPSIS

This project deals with the manufacture of an automatic vacuum cleaner for feet. The objective of this project work is to develop and modernize the automatic foot dust cleaning process in the machine.

It is very useful for cleaning dust from your feet. It can be widely used in homes, hospitals, auditoriums, stores, computer centers, etc. In modern days interior decoration is becoming an important role in our lives. Cleaning dust from your feet is very important for our health and reduces the need for labor. Every day children play on the floor and their clothes, feet and bodies get dusty. They clean all the dust it contains before entering the room or house. In our project, the dust on the feet is cleaned automatically by placing the step on the machine. That's why our project is very useful in our daily lives.

INTRODUCTION

The automatic foot dust cleaning machine is very useful in hospitals, homes, auditoriums, stores, computer centers, etc.; It is very simple to build and easy to operate. Anyone can operate this machine easily. It consists of a large number of brushes and this brush is used to clean dust from the feet. Therefore, it is very useful in hospitals, homes, etc. Cleaning time is much shorter and the cost is also much lower. There are various numbers of foot dust cleaning machines and they work under different principles and the cost is also very high.

In our project, the drive mechanism is very simple and easy to operate by anyone and children. The size of the machine is also portable so we can transfer from one place to another very easily. In our automatic foot dust cleaning machine is simple, every household device; Even children can also easily operate it safely. It is very important for every home and hospital etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The sensor operated automatic foot dust cleaning machine is shown below in the figure. 230 Vac main power is supplied to the single-phase induction motor. The engine is running at its normal speed. The engine pulley is already connected to the main shaft pulley via a belt drive. The main shaft rotates according to the engine speed and pulley size.

The two numbers of brushes are mounted on the main shaft. The brushes rotate due to the rotation of the main shaft. This brush cleans dust from feet or shoes. IR sensor is used to detect the obstacle and this signal is given to single phase induction
