Correções rápidas para desligamentos abruptos em robôs de soldagem: dicas de especialistas

Quick Fixes for Abrupt Shutdowns in Welding Robots: Expert Tips

I. Inspection content for welding robot body

  1. The welding robot body and control box are equipped with lithium batteries used for servo motor encoder data backup. Battery life varies depending on the working environment. It is necessary to replace the battery after two years of using the robot, otherwise the motor encoder data will be lost. At this point, it is necessary to recalibrate from the beginning. Remember to backup teaching data before overwriting to avoid loss of teaching program and set parameters.
  2. Check that the original axis symbols are aligned.
  3. Observe whether each axis operates smoothly and stably during automatic and manual operation.
  4. Check whether the safety switch and emergency stop switch of the welding robot are working normally.
  5. Check whether the wire feeding mechanism of the welding robot is stable.
  6. Check the welding robot deceleration mechanism for wear.
  7. Adjust the tension of the welding robot's timing belt.
  8. Lubricating oil supplement for TW, BW, RW axles. (Note: General butter is not allowed in the oil hole)

II. Inspection contents of welding robot control box

  1. Check and replace the lithium battery.
  2. Inspect the cooling fan.
  3. Check cables (ground cable, power cable, control cable).
  4. Make sure that all switches on the operation panel of the welding robot teaching device are operating normally.
  5. Dust removal inside the control box.

III. Inspection contents of the external shaft and welding clamp of the welding robot

  1. Replace the lithium battery.
  2. Apply lubricating oil.
  3. Check that the connection screws are tight.
  4. Monitor for abnormalities during operation.
  5. Check the positioning pins for wear.

4. Inspection content of intelligent welding machine (automated welding equipment)

  1. Inspect the welding power source of the welding robot (removing internal dust, check for loose connections).
  2. Check the welding torch (nozzle cleaning, check whether the wire feed tube is blocked, the insulation is normal, the air tube is not leaking, the cables are not loose or damaged, etc.).
  3. Inspect the wire feeding device of the welding robot (check whether the wire feed wheel is worn, the SUS tube is not damaged or worn, and the wire feed motor is operating normally).
