1. Double-check orders and drawings

In the quotation phase, the engineer will evaluate the feasibility of machining and make machining suggestions (Design For Manufacturing). After placing the order, the production team again reviews the drawings, process standards and production plan. Double-check drawings, treat each order with care, and make sure you meet customer requirements for quality control in manufacturing.

2. Incoming goods inspection

Check the size, quality and quantity of the material and make sure it meets specifications.

3. The first answer key test

IPQC measures important dimensions based on customer drawings to verify that the dimensions meet requirements.

4.Examine the first piece

The first part after CNC machining must be fully inspected to determine if it meets specifications. In series production, it is necessary to carry out a random inspection every 5 pieces to guarantee the continuity and quality of production.

5. Root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conforming products

If a test cannot be stopped in time, analyze each process, including clamping, tool positioning accuracy, etc. Find the reason and fix it to meet quality control in CNC prototype manufacturing.

6. Final inspection, test reports and certification are required

OQC checks each dimension of the drawing with coordinate measuring machine (CMM), 3D scanner, micrometers, pen gauge, surface roughness tester and other quality testing equipment and provides the report to customers.
