SYNOPSIS

The main objective of this concept is to apply the equipment using automation systems in motor vehicles. This is the new innovative model mainly used for vehicles to control the vehicle.
Here we are focusing on designing automatic gear shifting mechanism in two wheeler using electronic devices. This is very useful for gear shifting mechanism in motor vehicles. By using this we can easily control the vehicle and improve the performance of the vehicle as well as prevent gear wear.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Here we have two arrangements of pneumatic cylinders that are arranged on each side of the vehicle's pedal support for gear application. The pneumatic cylinder is fixed to the end of the flat pedal support. The plate support has a pivot in the center. The cylinders are operated with the help of electrical energy and controlled by the control unit. One of the cylinders is used to apply the gear and the other
to reduce gears. Gears are applied to the vehicle depending on the speed of the vehicle. Speed ​​sensors are placed close to the wheel, the sensor detects the signal and provides the output signal to the control unit. For this purpose, we use a tape motor with a U-groove sensor here, so that the speed can be varied via the tape motor. Depending on the signal, the clutch and gears will be switched automatically with the help of the control unit.
When the speed of the vehicle automatically increases the clutch and gear changes in the vehicles. The arrangement is clearly shown in the diagram below.
